Week 5 Day 1 Training
I just finished a run on my treadmill with my new shoes. They are great! No rubbing on my heels, lightweight, with really flexible soles. I warmed up for 5 minutes, ran for 5 minutes + 3 minutes walking, ran for 6 minutes + 3 minutes walking, another 5 minute run and a 5 minute cool down. I don't run very fast, about 3.7 or so, but I feel like I can run longer than I could a month ago when I started this. I think that running outdoors will be a bigger challenge but I look forward to it after my treadmill training.

Way to go!!! You are rocking the treadmill!!! This is really impressive. Love your new shoes. :) It is so nice to have a great pair of running shoes that don't rub or cause pain.
