One of the blocks had a purplish cast to it because of the fabrics that I had used, and didn't go with the warm, brownish, blocks that was the majority of the fabrics that I was using. So-- I decided to make a small (20") wall quilt out of it. It gave me a good chance to practice some free motion machine quilting that I'm learning from another online quilting class. I think it turned out really well, and I've hung it in my half bath. What do you think?

Cute! I love the free motion stitching. You'll have to teach me how to quilt one of these days. Not that I need any more hobbies or anything...
