Yummy Sunday Dinner

I know that you all have been waiting on pins and needles to find out how our carrots taste. Well, let me tell you, they are delicious raw and cooked. Today I got out my trusty pressure cooker and almost before you can say abracadabra, we had a lovely beef roast with carrots onions and potatoes.
